Gastronomy and Hospitality All-Rounder
We are searching for a talented and passionate gastronomy and hospitality all-rounder to add value to our existing team at our establishment. The establishment consists of Restaurants, Bars, a Café and a Lounge in Aluthgama (Sri Lanka)
If you are a communicative, outgoing and customer-oriented person that finds pleasure in delivering customer satisfying gastronomy services to our guests and you have a friendly, hospitable and welcoming personality and attitude towards our guests this position might be the right choice for you. Combined with a charming and outgoing nature of yours, you might be the perfect addition to our team.
Our guests come from all over the world, therefore we expect professional English language skills at least and any other language skill (German, Russian, Spanish, etc.) would be given special consideration.
Your support is needed in the following areas
- Customer Care and Customer Relationship
- Promotion of Bookings and Management of Reservations
- Animation of Consumption
- Delivery of Hospitality Services
- Organization and Planning of Events
- Back Office and Front office Tasks
- Service and Bar (Hands-on-mentality)
- Working Days Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Working Time 12AM to 10 PM (including lunch and dinner break)
Working times are 12AM to 10 PM. Tuesday or Wednesday can be a holiday.
